Basic Facts on Teaching Responsibilities are that every student has to learn the curriculum and each student has to reach their potential. A good personality for the job is that they have to be energetic, patient, flexible, and you have to like kids. Another interesting fact is that you influence kids when you teach them and that watching them learn is rewarding.
