This is what a student sees when they log into Kloodle and select badges to take.

1. On logging in, students will see a brief walkthrough explaining what
badges are and why they’re important

2. The last step in the process provides a “Generate” button. This sets all
the pre-created tasks to the student. They should click this button.

3. The badges are then loaded. The student can then work through the
badges in turn, completing the activities outlined.

4. Clicking the “My Badges” button brings up a screen with all the badges
the student has been set.

5. Students can then select which task to complete from the tasks that
they have been set

6. A task may contain no “To Dos”, in which case, they just need to upload
a blog, photo, video or document before submission.

7. A task with “To Dos” set looks like this. Clicking the “To Do” takes the
student to a form enabling them to upload the required piece of content.

8. In our example, we’ll upload a blog.

9. Students should address the task outlined in the “To Do”. In this
example, we’ll write about a time we demonstrated resilience.

10. Clicking “Publish” and then “Add Skills” enables us to tag in the skills
this post demonstrates.

11. We’re going to tag in “resilience” and then click “Publish”

12. This takes us back to our badge. Clicking the “To Do” item again allows
us to see our post.

13. Here’s our post with our skills…..

14. We’ll now click “Submit”

15. This reloads the badge and tells us our badge has been submitted for
review. The student can now move on to their next badge.

16. A student can also search a badge by name. If you have created a
specific badge, tell them the name and they can search it.
