19. Right now the Apple’s iPad is the only tablet of its kind, but there are other companies working to develop a tablet, some of these companies are Dell, Rim and Microsoft. A big question about the iPad will it replace the PC, this is yet to be seen. Threats

25. Develop a need for change- The media specialist starts change by pointing our new innovations that can create a more learner center classroom.

26. Establish am Information Exchange Relationship- Once the need for change has been created, then the media specialist can begin the process of change.

27. Diagnose Problems The key staff members will determine why the existing program is not working and we need change.

28. Create an Intent to Change the Client The key staff members and media specialist will develop an action plan to help interest grow in the use of iPads in the classroom.

29. Translate an Intent into Action Media Staff and Key players begin to build support groups to begin using the iPad while allowing time to teach staff how to incorporate the innovation.
