25. Develop a need for change- The media specialist starts change by pointing our new innovations that can create a more learner center classroom.
26. Establish am Information Exchange Relationship- Once the need for change has been created, then the media specialist can begin the process of change.
27. Diagnose Problems The key staff members will determine why the existing program is not working and we need change.
28. Create an Intent to Change the Client The key staff members and media specialist will develop an action plan to help interest grow in the use of iPads in the classroom.

What is an iPad? An iPad a new tablet developed by Apple. It is one of the best ways to experience the web, e-mail, videos, music, and much more. This new innovation will change our view of how technology is used in our lives. Would you like to experience the web with the touch of your fingers? The iPad has a search engine built in “Safari” touch the icon and you are on the web.E-mail is now at your finger tips. If you have more than one account you can view each of them. The iPad also has a photo album in which you can create and display images.Also, the iPad has video as, well as youtube and a built in iPod.
YouTube has been redesigned just for iPad. Tap the video you want to see and the video appears in full screen. Use your finger tip to play your video and pause at any point that you would like.In addition, the iPad has a built in iPod, no longer do you need a small musical device, your music is on your iPad.
There are free apps as well of apps that cost from .99 and up.
iBook app is on the track of replacing the Kindle. There are many free classical books you can download.
An iPad pen or keyboard can be purchased to help type on the iPad. In the note pad you can also write with your fingers.
