PAS 2030 is designed to be used outside of the Green Deal
All requirements relate to the installer as an entity, not individual personnel Surveyor competence – not full design survey competence, only sufficient competence to be able to undertake pre-installation checks to confirm that it is appropriate for the work to go ahead. Design is the responsibility of the GDP Competences to be based upon National Occupational Standards Currency of competency – 12 monthly internal check requirement to ensure that the PAS 2030 competence requirements are met (to be confirmed by the UKAS accredited certification body during routine monitoring visits. Competence ration – the ratio between the competence person and number of less competent persons that the competent person is responsible for. Routes – qualifications, accepted training, membership of a CPS, assessment against the PAS 2030 competence requirements All routes require initial and ongoing workplace inspection of work in progress/completed. The operative level competence requirements are being aligned to the competence requirements for CPS and MCS.
