• Filled 400 Executive Leadership roles for Brunswick Corporation with half these hires being
diverse hires during a four-year period while only using two outside staffing firms to assist with
these hard to fill roles nationwide. Sourced all candidates directly using various sourcing
channels. Managed the entire recruitment process cycle for all nationwide searches.
• Selected Vendor, developed policies/procedures for Background Checking Program.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Sourcing/Contract Recruiting/Virtual Recruitment:
• Filled over 38 nationwide Field Marketing jobs for MillerCoors during a very tight
talent market over a 12-month period.
• Completed a very critical HR recruitment project for Kohler. This project was a high profile
project and resulted in 10 hires for difficult jobs that had been open for months prior to my
involvement. These jobs were at all levels of HR. This project included delivering assessments to
candidates, building nationwide candidate pools and client relationship management.
• During my career I have filled over 2500 jobs at all levels from Vice President to entry level
college roles. I know what it takes to find talent and I can uncover some of the most difficult
candidates for hard to fill jobs in an organization. I am known for consulting with my clients and
providing very relevant and timely information to the client so key decisions can be acted upon to
attract talent.
