Professionally speaking, I specialize in customer experience strategy, research and design and was recently offered the VP of Customer Experience at a Fortune 50 company. In my career, I have been involved in almost every industry including consumer, financial, travel, healthcare, retail, education and automotive. My recent projects involve creating customer experience strategies for clients and innovating customer experience ecosystems. My clients have included: Best Buy, HP, Disney, TrueCar, Expedia, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, United Rentals, Thermo Fisher, The New York Times and AT&T among others.
