•Se escribe con c la terminación -ción, siempre que el sustantivo concreto al que se relacione la palabra termine
en -tor y no en -sor. Ejemplos: destructor, destrucción, director, dirección
C they are written with verbs whose infinitives finish in any of the -cer voices -ceder, -cir, -cendir,
-cibir, -cidir. Examples: cook, give, say, receive
Exception: grab, sewing
•Se escriben con c los verbos cuyos infinitivos terminen en alguna de las voces -cer, -ceder, -cir, -cendir, -cibir,
-cidir. Ejemplos: cocer, conceder, decir, recibir
Excepción: asir, coser
C they are written with all compounds and derivatives of words that are written in this letter.
Examples: onions onion; frowning eyebrow.
