Intensix is a a PREDICTIVE CRITICAL CARE PLATFORM.
This is a SAAS product combining Big Data analytical tools for operational, financial and clinical benefits for the ICU. The platform can be deployed as a standalone app or integrated into an existing solution. Harnessing the vast amount of
available ICU data, Intensix delivers highly accurate predictive clinical analytics, providing hospital management and medical personnel with the preemptive information they require to
better manage the ICU floor.

PREDICTIVE CRITICAL CARE PLATFORM
The pioneering Intensix platform combines analytical tools that provide operational, financial
and clinical benefits to all layers of ICU management and staff. The platform can be deployed as
a standalone app or integrated into an existing solution. Harnessing the vast amount of
available ICU data, Intensix delivers highly accurate predictive clinical analytics, providing
hospital management and medical personnel with the preemptive information they require to
better manage the ICU floor. The Intensix solution is expected to reduce the ALOS by one day,
a benefit that directly lowers the hospitals’ treatment costs and frees up revenue-producing ICU
beds for other patients. The Intensix platform sets the stage for the ACO model of care, where
groups of healthcare providers are incentivized to remove care inefficiencies and discharge
healthier patients earlier.
Critical care = high demand, high cost
More than five million patients are admitted to ICUs in the United States annually, with
approximately 55,000 critically ill patients cared for each day. While ICU beds represent only
about 10% of hospital census, they are responsible for roughly 30% of the hospitals’ total costs,
or $291 billion. Depending on their severity, ICU cost for one patient could reach $20K per day.
INTENSIX – PREDICTIVE CRITICAL CARE
Intensix has developed an ICU-centric platform that revolutionizes the
way ICUs work today ‒ reducing costs and increasing revenues
ICU optimization – Predicts life-threatening complications in real-time, such as septic
shock, AKI, multi organ failure and ARDS.
Earlier discharge of healthy patients’ ‒ reduces the uncertainty involved in
discharge decisions, enabling confident and appropriate release of healthy patients.
Decreased readmissions of sick patients ‒ Addresses the common post-ICU
complications, eliminating the underlying issues that typically lead to costly readmissions.
