2. Articulation Agreement
General Info...
● All existing agreements using the “OLD” agreement
format will be invalidated on March 2nd, 2015
● For current agreements to be used for the 2014-2105
academic year must be rewritten using the “NEW”
format and completed by April 1st 2015
● Agreements written for use in the 2015-2016 academic
year must be completed and on file with VVC by
April 1st, 2015

3. “NEW” Articulation Agreement
Application
● “New” Application is completed on-line as a fillable form
● All course documentation is downloaded to the form,
including syllabus, curriculum, and final exam
● Once completed the form and all documentation will be
sent to the creator via email.
● The creator must sign the agreement and have the
principal or ROP supervisor sign the agreement.

4. NEW” Articulation Agreement Application Continued….
● After the new agreement is signed, the ink signed
agreement and all attachments must be forwarded to
the CTE department at VVC
● After evaluating, the CTE department will notify the
creator when the agreement has been approved.

5. Important Dates
● March 2nd 2015- All agreements using the “OLD” process will be
invalidated and removed from VVC web pages, MyMentor and all other
databases.
● April 1st 2015- All “NEW” agreements for use during 2014-2015 and
2015-16 academic year must be completed and on file with VVC
● June 19th 2015- Deadline for grade submissions to MyMentor by the
high school registrar to receive college credit at VVC.
● Date to be determined- For awarding of student credit to the VVC
transcript
