3. I visited the Royal Ontario Museum at Bloor and Avenue Street with
my friends in March, 2013. It is a world –famous museum, which can
represent the great history and multiple culture of Canada. I spent a
wonderful time there appreciating hundreds of statues and paintings
reflecting different cultures including Africa, Europe, Asia and
North America, which enables to enrich my experience. I am quite
willing to learn such charming history and interesting stories.

5. When I first came to Canada in January, 2013, I lived in a home-stay
family. I spent an unforgettable time with the whole family. They
are such nice persons, who offered me great help. One day there was
a heavy snow and our house was just covered by the heavy snow.
Being a member of our family, I strongly believed that I should
contribute my help to clean up the heavy snow by plowing it. After
cleaning with the whole family, we were getting much closer and I
felt a big sense of fulfillment and I am still proud of that.
CLEANING SNOW
7. This is my first spring festival in Canada, which is
meaningful, unforgettable and I spent without my parents the
very first time. However, I enjoyed great happiness with my
friends here. We made our dinner ourselves and celebrated the
biggest Chines festival in here, Toronto, Canada. This is a
significant symbol of being an adult as well as being matured and
indepent.
SPRING FESTIVAL CELEBRATION
9. In February, 2013, the Student Union of our college held an activity
of snowing in the Blue Mountain. I joined it and it was definitely
challenging experience for me. It was the very first time for me to
snowing and I was very proud of it, even though I tumbled many
times, while I didn’t give up trying my best. Being a college
student, it is of vital importance to work out during the busy
study, as it can help to relax my tired spirit and add colors to my
daily routine.

11. When I was in high school in China, I always joined different
activities working as an volunteer. This is an weeding activity
conducted in the playground held by my high school. Both the
teachers and the students participated in it. We felt extremely
proud of making our campus tinier and clearer via our efforts. It is
also a great opportunity for we students to gain more communication
not only with other classmates but also teachers, as it is essential to
gain interactions with teachers.
