Begin the process by taking your limiting beliefs
and examining them. Try to answer questions
such as:
–Why do I believe these things?
–What might happen if I didn’t believe
them?
–Has any of it ever been true?
–Has it ever been different?
–What is really holding me back?

limiting ones
