5. Step #1 – Write down your real fears

Being judge – If I speak in public, will people think

Expressing my true feelings – If I say how I really

Begin the process by taking your limiting beliefs
and examining them. Try to answer questions
such as:
–Why do I believe these things?
–What might happen if I didn’t believe
them?
–Has any of it ever been true?
–Has it ever been different?
–What is really holding me back?

8. Step # 4 – Find positive beliefs to replace the
limiting ones
1. Use affirmations
