I've been working for Sogeti Group since October 2010 as the Community Manager and Head of Communications for its Internal Social Collaborative Platform, TeamPark, implemented for our 20 000 employees worlwide.
In my position, I am working on adoption, communication, education and change management. I am dealing on a daily basis with users, gathering feedback to be discussed with the rest of the team and to orientate change. I am also supporting the launch of global and local initiatives accross the group on the platform, networking to support the viral spreading of the use and best practices on the tool, and creating a community feeling.
