The Museum of Bad Art (MOBA) in Massachusetts has been collecting and displaying terrible artwork since 1994. It was founded by Scott Wilson after finding a badly painted picture of a woman dancing between trash cans. MOBA now has over 600 pieces in its collection, though only 50-70 are exhibited at a time. The art is either donated or discovered in landfills, and each piece undergoes review to ensure it was created sincerely rather than as a joke before being accepted into the museum.
