Transparency International : Corruption is the
abuse of entrusted power for private gain.
According to Prof. Dr.Petrus Van Duyne, “corruption is
decay in the decision making, wherein decision maker
tries to earn reward as he/she is the authority, while
these motives influencing his or her decision making
cannot be part of justification of the decision”.
