In such cultures, organizational structure is often a pyramid and there is a lot of supervision. Bosses
tightly control employees and people fear speaking openly. High level of inequality between
individuals in such culture will result in low sharing of knowledge
Individuals from low uncertainty avoidance cultures prefer clearer instructions and are
generally relationship oriented. In contrast in high uncertainty avoidance cultures, individuals
accept diversity and are open to change and innovation
Highly masculine cultures emphasize competitiveness which can lead to knowledge hoarding. As a
result, knowledge sharing and seeking will be discouraged.

hambatan karena sifat-sifat budaya yang spesifik dengan memilih
teknologi media sosial yang tepat. Dengan menggunakan alat-alat
media sosial yang tepat akan membantu manajer memfasilitasi
berbagai proses KM dan memastikan keberhasilan KM dan Manajer
Manajer juga harus mengenali bahwa media sosial hanya dapat
membantu sampai titik tertentu.
KESIMPULAN
Komunikasi adalah bagian tak terpisahkan dari peran
seorang manajer. Budaya adalah dasar komunikasi.
