6. The following immediate actions have to be taken by the
committee:
•Adequate quantities of food grains, (rice, wheat flour, dais), cooking
fuels (kerosene, LPG cylinders) dry foods (biscuits, dry-bread or tosh,

•All government vehicles be kept in working condition.
