This document summarizes an HRM project comparing the aspects of human resource management between McDonald's and Lucky Restaurant. The objectives are to analyze waiters from a motivational perspective, focus on management-waiter interaction, incentives provided to and perceived by staff, and compare the selection criteria and lives of waiters between the two restaurants. The methodology involves interviewing waiters, owners, and an HR expert, as well as visiting the restaurants to understand working and living conditions, training processes, and allocation of work. Current progress includes analyzing work methods and studying the HRM aspects of selection/recruitment and learning/development.
