child, here are five rules to. The
trick is to follow these rules
most of the time.

especially fruits and
vegetables.

often.

5. 3. Listen to your body. Eating
too much can make you feel
uncomfortable and after a
while, take you to unhealthy
weight gain.

6. 4. Do sports and stay active.

7. 5. And have fun healthy in body
and mind.
