In Software Development life cycle (SDLC) all the members in the team are very much essential. But in actual consideration, major companies underestimate one member and that is the Tester. Mainly there is a contradiction between the software Developer and software Tester. So this paper mainly focuses on the analysis to specify the conflicts between software developer and Software Tester and Software Tester and the Management in the development life cycle. This analysis is based on the some basic questions and tries to clarify the major portion considering the company view.

This study examines the dynamic causal relationships among the Great China stock markets. In addition, we find the Asian financial crisis is a breakpoint during the whole sample period, so we examine the return and volatility effect with three different sample periods, namely, the whole sample period, the pre-crisis period, and the post-crisis period. We find that there were no return spillover effects between any pair of these three stock markets in the pre-crisis period. Return changes of the Mainland China spills over into Hong Kong, which in turn affects the return in the Taiwan market after the crisis. The bivariate GARCH framework of the BEKK is estimated to examine the volatility spillover effects. Before the crisis, there existed volatility spillover effects from Hong Kong to Mainland China and Taiwan, but no volatility feedback existed between Mainland China and Taiwan. Unidirectional volatility spillover from Mainland China to Hong Kong was found after the crisis, and a bidirectional volatility spillover effect between Hong Kong and Taiwan was also presented, however, there was no spillover effect between Mainland China and Taiwan

Resumo O estudo irá tratar sobre a aplicação do conhecimento teórico da ferramenta planejamento estratégico no marketing de um supermercado, desde modo, possibilitando um visão de aplicação da mesma nas organizações do mesmo nicho mercadológico. Para este trabalho, será realizado a analise teórica do conceito de ambiente interno e externo, além disso, relacionado a teoria com uma pesquisa já realizada anteriormente em um supermercado, dando continuidade ao estudo com outra análise. A metodologia utilizada foi a análise de conteúdo, onde foram analisadas as bibliografias existente sobre o assunto e discutida a aplicabilidade do mesmo. O estudo discorre sobre o planejamento estratégico e suas possíveis abordagens, focando posteriormente para análise do marketing do supermercado estudado.
