Today, with the help of
Dr. Diges Chan, let’s
find out what are some
of the causes of
stomach ache.

Are you suffering from
heartburn? What about
gastric pain?
If you have one of these
symptoms, you are suffering from
ulcer or hyperacidity.

Ulcer or hyperacidity is a
damaged on the lining of the
stomach caused by not eating
on time, too much intake of
acidic drinks and food.

Treatment for ulcer or
hyperacidity are the
following:
 Eat regularly and on
time
 Avoid eating acidic
food
 Avoid drinking liquor
and acidic drinks
 Eat a balanced diet

 Stomachache

diarrhea.

Diarrhea is a disease
caused by bacterial
infection in the intestines.
It is a frequent moving of

constipation are the
following:
 Drink plenty of
water and juices
 Eat plenty of fruits
and vegetables.

 Severe pain around the

up
