Pasta Soup Ingredients # 100 g pasta # 1 / 2 chicken Vegetable broth # 100 g minced pork # 100 g minced beef # 4 eggs # 100 g cooked chickpeas # Flour # Breadcrumbs Process To make the broth, place the chicken in a pot with water and let the boil, then remove the water and add the chopped vegetables from the broth and water clean. Simmer for 4 hours and then strain the broth. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in a saucepan with water and salt for 10 minutes. Then , take the eggs and separate yolks from the whites.
