• Before using the test, the test user must examine and
evaluate the manual.
• It provides the basic information needed to administer a test,
score, and to make use of the results.

by the test manual

b. What are the demographic and personal characteristics of
these subjects? Are they similar to those of the group you
will give the test to?

a. Is there evidence that the test is meaningful for your
purposes?
b. What specific criteria was the test validated against?

does it cost and what sort of report is offered?

a. How long does it take to administer the test?
b. Does the test require reading? If so, is it at right level
for the people you will test?
