GEMANY IS A POWERFUL COUNTRY WHO FOUGHT
AGAINST FRANCE & ITS ALLIES.THEY LOST IN THEIR 1ST
WORLD WAR. SO THEY HAVE TO PAY HUGE TAX TO THE
ALLIE COUNTRIES.SO THE PEOPLE OF GERMANY BECAME
THE HIGHEST POVERTY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD
GREAT DEPRESSION
• The Great Depression was the name of the
economic crisis that happened in America. On
one single day 24, October, 13 million shares
were sold. This was the beginning of the Great
Depression. During the following years the
national income of USA fell by Half. The effect
of the Great Depression was felt worldwide.
• Germans also been affected by it a lot.

• Adolf Hitler was born on 20th April 1889 at
the Gasthof zum Pommer, located at
Salzburger Vorstadt 15, Braunau am Inn,
Austria-Hungary, a town on the border with
Bavaria, Germany. He was the fourth of six
children to Alois Hitler and Klara Pölzl (1860–
1907). Hitler's older siblings—Gustav, Ida, and
Otto—died in infancy

• When the first world war broke out ,Hitler
enrolled for the army , acted as a messenger ,
became a corporal & earned medals for the
bravery.
• In 1919,he joined a small group called the
German's workers party. This party later came
to be known as Nazi party.
RISE OF HITLER
• In 1928 , the Nazi party has got no more than
2.6 % of votes in the Reichstag – the German
parliament.
• But by 1932 , it had become the largest party
with 37% of votes
• Hitler was a power ful speaker. On 30th
January 1933 , president Hidenburg offered
the Hitler ,the highest position in the cabinet
ministers.
RISE OF
HITLER
On 3rd march 1933, the famous enabling act
was passed. This act established dictatorship in
Germany. It gave all the powers to “ADOLF
HITLER”

ABOUT NAZI PARTY:-
• This party was also known as Hitler ’s army.
• They hate Jews for many reasons such as (
loosen the first world war because of them ,
they are the reasons for great
depression.)etc.
• This party was active between 1920 – until
losing of world war 2.

Hitler sent his troops, to go and bring all the Jews in
German. He sent them to various camps. The Jews were
tortured and killed by the cruel Nazis. There were
certain camps were the Jews were kept. They are,
i)Concentration camps,
ii)Extermination camps, and
iii)Gas Chambers
SYMBOL OF JEWS
The Nazi concentration camp was a camp were the Jews
were staying. The Jews were given works to do and they
would get a small amount of labour.

• The Holocaust is a racial
extermination in which
approximately 11 million people,
and six million Jews were killed by
the German military.
YOUTH IN NAZI GERMANY
• Adolf Hitler was fanatically interested in the
youth of the country.
• At 14 ,all boys had to join the Nazi youth
organization ( Hitler youth) where they learnt
to worship war , glorify aggression & violence ,
condemn democracy , & hate Jews ,
communists , gypsies & all those categorized
as undesirable.

the 2nd world war , but unfortunately Japan
dropping bomb on pearl harbour & USA
entering into the war , gave a full stop to
Hitler & his plans.
• Refusing the lose , Hitler & his wife suicides
with a pistol on 30th April 1945.
