12. Time Line
• May 2008 –Instructors will start receiving instruction on using Microsoft
Office 2007.
• July 2008 – All academic computers including the Program Directors’ and
Adjunct Instructor computers will have Microsoft Office 2007
• September 2008 – Staff will start receiving instruction on using Microsoft
Office 2007.
• October of 2008- Staff computers will convert to Microsoft Office 2007
• December 2008- Seminar on integrating technology into lesson plans
• March 2009 –Workshop for instructors to develop a lesson plan using
technology.
• June 2009- Representatives from Pearson, Cengage, McGraw-Hill and
Saunders textbook publishers will present instructor material available from
the respective companies.
• October 2009 – Instructors sharing their ideas with other instructors on
how they use technology in their lessons.
• January 2010- IT and OT instructors are Microsoft Certified in their
respective subject area.
• May 2010 -Instructors are now implementing at least 3 technology-infused
lessons per week.
