16. Yoga Wednesdays • 10:00 AM • 6:30 PM Meade County Public Library Annex Yoga is a unique way to improve the flexibility and strength of your mind, body, and life. In addition to the stress-relieving capabilities, it has been doctor recommended for its core strengthening and spinal stabilization. Improve your posture, mood, and concentration with all levels of experience welcome.

17. Beginning Yoga Wednesdays • 5:00 PM Meade County Public Library Annex This class is a perfect introduction to the many physical and mental benefits of yoga. No experience needed and all equipment is provided. Participants must sign up at the front desk.
