Adrenaline
Have you ever wondered why you get that sudden rush of energy when you are suddenly faced with a physical challenge? Or what about when you are getting ready to ride that roller coaster?
Adrenaline… The reason your heart is pounding out of your chest.. The reason you are so excited you can hardly contain yourself….
So You Ask.. What is Adrenaline?
The Chemical that decides when our Body needs to “Flight” or “Fight”..
When we are excited our adrenaline increases… Which then causes are heart rate to increase..
Adrenaline is like the “Supercharger” of our body..
At the moment adrenaline is pumped through the body, the person feels alert, alive, unstoppable.. ON TOP OF THE WORLD.
But then.. After that moment passes, The person often suffers from the effects of an adrenaline crash… Headaches, jitteriness, or even a stomach ache.
