that is held about them

•Chomun stay at school to study everyday
after school
•Lecture help her in study
•The lecturer expects her to do well since
she saw her study

•Our tendency to overestimate the
number of people who act or think as we
do

•May be reinforced by the company we

•After few months, there is a test again
•Result come out, lecturer announce that
Chomun passed and get an A in the test
•The smart students think that she will fail
again and won’t pass.

•Involves both your physical and
psychological attributes
•Is generally stable, but can fluctuate
•Human beings have an innate need to
feel good about themselves

11. How we have used it :
•After the lecturer announced the result,
Chomun feel happy and become more
confident
•Her self-esteem increased
