Carolina. Gray and red wolves live in
South America.Wolves live and hunt
in packs of 6 to 10 animals!

 Wolves are mammals and that means
that they are warm blooded.
 Wolves have a lot of fur on them.
 They have sharp claws too.
 They also have small eyes.

4. What Wolves Eat
 Wolves eat moose, elk and
earthworms too.
 They also eat berries and
grasshoppers.

5. Wolves’ Life Cycle
 Wolves live 6 to 8 years and they can
have 4 to 7 pups.

6. Wolves’ prey
 Wolves’ prey are deer, elk, moose and
sheep.

7. Interesting Facts
 The grey wolf is the largest wild
canine or member of the dog family.
 Also wolves howl at night!
