It is an optical illusion of motion due to the phenomenon of persistence of vision, and can be created and demonstrated in a number of ways. The most common method of presenting animation is as a motion picture or video program, although several other forms of presenting animation also exist. Georges Melies was a creator of special-effect films; he was generally one of the first people to use animation with his technique. He discovered a technique by accident which was to stop the camera rolling to change something in the scene, and then continue rolling the film. This idea was later known as stop-motion animation. Méliès discovered this technique accidentally when his camera broke down while shooting a bus driving by. When he had fixed the camera, a hearse happened to be passing by just as Méliès restarted rolling the film, his end result was that he had managed to make a bus transform into a hearse. This was just one of the great contributors to animation in the early years. Fig 1: First Animated picture GLOBAL WARMING Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of Earth's near-surface air and oceans since the mid-20th century and its projected continuation. Global surface temperature increased 0.74 ± 0.18 °C (1.33 ± 0.32 °F) between the start and the end of the 20th century. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) concludes that most of the observed temperature increase since the middle of the 20th century was very likely caused by increasing concentrations of greenhouse gases resulting from human activity such as fossil fuel burning and deforestation.The IPCC also concludes that variations in natural phenomena such as solar radiation and volcanic eruptions had a small cooling effect after 1950.These basic conclusions have been endorsed by more than 40 scientific societies and academies of science, including all of the national academies of science of the major industrialized countries. GREEN HOUSE GASES AND EFFECTS The greenhouse effect means that the earth is surrounded by a blanket of gases that keeps it warm. The sun’s energy is transformed into heat by these gases and makes the earth habitable. The greenhouse effect basically creates life on the planet, and helps to sustains it also. CAUSE OF ICE MELT The frozen Antarctic continent holds about 90% of the world’s total water. Researchers have found that global warming resulted in melting of the ice in Antarctica exceeding their earlier expectation. This has caused a sudden rise in the sea levels all around the globe. Due to the melting of ice in the Antarctic peninsula, the glaciers have started moving towards the oceans. Scientific findings show that the water from the glaciers has flown into the ocean 6 times more rapidly than that has been predicted before. The sea water in western Antarctica has become warmer due to the swiftly erosion of the ice from underneath due to the increase in the average temperature all around the world. Major regions covered with ice in Antarctica have melted during the last 10 years. Some of them include Wilkins ice shelf, Larsen A and B ice shelf. It has been said that if the West Antarctic ice sheet collapses at the ongoing rate, then it would have huge impact on the planet’s rotation and the Northern Hemisphere. The northern hemisphere can have large areas of water. In addition, the South and North poles would shift to about half a kilometer. This would cause an increase of 5m at the global level. ,[object Object], TOOLS USED: - MICROSOFT 3D MOVIE MAKER, DAZ STUDIO 3 In this project, we used the MS 3D MOVIE MAKER. We used the different Actor and Scenes for this project. We assigned different functions to actors and scenes. After each functions, all the frames were automatically increased and created a movie. ,[object Object], Overall this project has been success. We saw all those points which are problem and cause for GLOBAL WARMING .Many human kinds or living things are affecting due to our fast growth. Now the time has come, when we will have to think about the current problem and its solutions. Finally, I want to share some experience that I felt during this project.” We are going towards our development but we are not thinking about the innocent animal, which are affected by us. Now a day we are going far from our beautiful environment. BECAUSE “EVERY CREAUTRE WANT DEVLOPMENT BUT NOT AT THE COST OF HIS LIFE.IF WE GIVE UP, THEY GIVE UP.” Lastly I want to give the thanks all of my teachers, who gave the opportunity to us for this animation.
