The Newspaper Association of America Foundation (NAAF) produces a new
curriculum each year. This year’s curriculum serves students in the middle grades.
NAAF reworked Give them the Keys, Promoting Adolescent Literacy Through
Newspapers and aligned lessons with the COMMON CORE standards and included
lessons for teachers, student sheets and rubrics for student and teacher assessment.
