The capital of Rwanda, Kigali, which has launched a challenge
to introduce new technologies is experiencing remarkable
development, has attracted domestic and foreign IT
companies, and it appears that many new jobs have been
created.
「It is even more serious in sub-Saharan Africa. Even if the population is younger than
in South Asia, 15 million jobs must be created each year 」

Employment in developing countries is more serious than ever (according to the World Bank)

However, the youth unemployment rate is very high, and it is
difficult to get a job with a monthly salary of $ 100 even after
graduating from a college.

CODE in Rwanda opened in July 2019

Out of the school's 21 students in Rwanda, 19 have graduated (from the
same courses that Japanese students take in paid training).
