True Partners Consulting is a national tax and
business advisory services firm. As a specialized
boutique firm, they compete for talent with the
likes of EY, Deloitte, and other top accounting and
business consulting firms.
We created a “one-voice” employer brand and
internal communications program — Be True — that
is being used to unite the firm under one common
mission and brand by focusing on the distinctly
different every day employment and people
experiences at True Partners Consulting. Being True
is more than a slogan, it’s an expression of the firm’s
unique EVP and competitive talent advantage. The
campaign is centered on the stories of individual
associates of the firm.

Olympic Steel, Inc is a leading U.S. metals service
center focused on the direct sale and distribution
of large volumes of processed carbon, coated
and stainless flat-rolled sheet, coil and plate steel,
aluminum and tin products.
Based on employee focus groups and executive
interviews, we created an internal communications
and employer brand campaign, Working Together,
centered on the company’s authentic work
experience of workers pulling together. A company-
wide employee opinion survey followed the
introduction of the communications plan to further
validate and improve the communications platform.

The David Group was a national recruitment
advertising, marketing and communications
agency. HR’s ad agency. , the agency’s brand
remake, centered on the need for organizations to
“sell” to attract, engage, hire and keep talent.
The brand remake included new brand positioning,
a new website, and marketing campaigns that
included thought-leadership (white papers, fact
sheets, webinars, etc.), marketing automaton
campaigns, digital advertising and prospect
targeting, and the adoption and management of a
new sales model.
