Learning Paths Existing Admin Controllers    Recognition of Prior Learning  (RPL)  Competent  Receive Accreditation  OR Not Yet Competent  Train towards the Identified Gaps  New Admin Controllers    Foundational Learning Programme  Achieve Workplace Competence  And Attend Relevant Skills Programmes   Recognition of Prior Learning  (RPL)
RPL Process will Expand over a Period of Six Months Maximum ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
What will our Staff get at the End of the RPL Process If the Assessor assesses them to be Competent, based on the Unit Standards outcomes, then they will be awarded a certificate by the certifying body.  This will also be recorded on the National Learner Records Database (a national registry of all certificates issued). If the Assessor does not assess them as Competent, they will be given a report identifying the areas that they need to address before certification can take place.  They may be awarded a Certificate of Competence for individual unit standards.
