forward in a straight line. It is widely used in mining, coal, refractory material, metallurgy,

1. Overview
Linear vibrating screen uses exciting energy from vibrating motor as vibration source.
This causes the material on screen being tossed,at the same time,moving forward in
a straight line. The material from feeder will evenly enter the feeding port of
screening machine. Through multi-screening mesh, sieve material will be generated
in several kinds of specification and discharged from separate outlet.
With low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance,
fully enclosed structure, no fine dust scattered ,auto-nesting, so it is more suitable
for assembly line work.

2. Working Principle
Linear vibrating screen is designed with dual-vibration motor drive. When two
vibrating motors rotate reversely in synchronous, the eccentric produce exciting
force to offset each other on the parallel direction of motor axis,and stack together
with the perpendicular direction of motor axis, so its trajectory is linear. There is a
dip on the screen surface where two motor shaft facing to. With the joint effect of
vibrating force and material self-gravity, material on screen surface will be tossed
forward in rectilinear motion, hence material can be screening and grading.

3. Structural Component
Linear vibrating screen mainly has screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, vibrating
motor, motor mount, shock
absorber spring, supporting stand.
1. Screen box: weld by a number of
steel plate with different
thicknesses, has certain strength
and rigidity, major part of
screening machine.
2. Screen frame: made up of pine or
wood with small deformation,
mainly used for maintaining the
smooth of screen mesh in order
to achieve normal screening.
3. Screen mesh: has several kinds of
screen mesh such as low carbon
steel, brass, bronze, stainless
steel wire etc..
4. Vibrating motor: driving force of linear vibrating screen is dual-vibration
motor,work depends on the excitation of vibrating motor.
5. Motor pedestal: install vibrating motor, tight bolts before use, especially three
days before trial, tighten
repeatedly to avoid mishap.
6. Shock absorber spring:
prevent vibration transmit to the
ground, meanwhile support full
weight of screen box.During
installation, spring must be
perpendicular to the ground.
7. Supporting stand: consists of
four pillars and two channels,
supporting the screen box,pillar
must be perpendicular to the
ground during installation,
channel that placed under two pillars should be parallel to each other.

8. Maintenance
1. Place the linear vibrating screen on the flat and solid of ground-level (concrete or
steel structure ground), penetrate the anchor bolt（foundation bolt prepared by
the user),and tighten it.
2. Set the spring of linear vibrating screen on the upper and lower seat ring（place
screen body), spring should fully enter the spring retainer, ensure it is upright,
shall not be distorted.
3. The vibration part of the screening machine of linear vibrating screen shall not
have any rigid connection or contact with other outside object.
4. Power on, press the start button（the machine can start directly, the vibrating
motor is rotate synchronous in opposite direction）.
5. Adjustment of vibration force: both ends of the vibrating motor of the linear
vibrating screen has eccentric block which is adjustable, adjust the angle of two
eccentric body can change the exciting force, the vibrating force of screening
machine has been set to the best condition before leave the factory, direct access
to the use, without further adjustment.
6. Can be adjusted according to the following methods if necessary: open both end
of the motor hood, loosen the retaining bolt of eccentric block, rotate the
adjustable eccentric block at both end with same direction, so its numerical para
on the reticle of spindle head, and vibrating force is required at this moment.
After adjusting it, tighten the retaining bolt.
7. During power on or off, linear vibrating screen will produce a significant vibration
while pass through its vibrating area, to improve this condition, connect with the
electric brake equipment.

1. Before operation：
(1)Check for the damage of coarse mesh and
fine mesh
(2)Check for the removal of conveying support
2. During operation：
(1)Note for any abnormal noise
(2)Check for the stability of current
(3)Check for the abnormal vibration
3. After operation：Clean up after used for
each time
4. Inspect regularly for the wearing or damage
of coarse mesh, fine mesh and spring, any
parts of the screening machine damage due
to vibrate, add lubricating oil for the part
that need lubrication.
