2. Living Arrangements
We lived in a tent on the huge
campus of Love A Child .

First time I slept in a tent and nobody
snored!
We were a silly group of 8 beautiful
women.
We laughed so hard as an ARNP
talked about doing CPR on a frog at
her pool side and he revived and
hopped away!
We roared in laughter as an MD told
us she steri-stripped a mouse's ripped
little leg and he walked again!
We laughed a lot, and slept good.
The tents were air conditioned.
We ate American meals in the dining
hall.
No deserts, no soda pop and only one
serving. I lost weight!
Only obesity seen were our Hatian
cooks!!

On Love A Child Grounds.
Haitians come from miles at 7am.-3pm.
Modern, High tech medical/dental clinic
for poor, sick Haitians from miles
around.
Haitian Lab techs and nurses trained and
certified by Love A Child.
State of the art equipment.
Malnutrition Clinic, attached to Clinic.
(see 17month old infant, 15 pounds
with diarrhea). He will be admitted to
Malnutrition Clinic until stabilized.

Founders
Missionaries, Sherry and Bobby
Burnette permanently to Haiti in
1991.
They love the Haiti people with the
Heart of God.
Sherry and her husband, Bobby,
oversee LOVE A CHILD with an “ iron
fist” .
They have ongoing assessments and
accountability standards for the
villages, preaches, and orphanages
who come for food and services.
What started as a food distribution
center in 2010, from Fond Parisen ,
Haiti, has today grew beyond
Feeding Programs to Orphanages,
Mobile Medical /Dental Clinics, Child
Sponsorship, Schools, Vocational
Training, Church Plantings, and a
Miracle Marketplace, creating jobs for
Haitians.

Haiti is hungry and thirsty for
JESUS.
I will never forget their eyes of
hopelessness that turned into
look of HOPE as they received
HOPE IN GOD.
I will never forget the privilege
of God “using me” to introduce
them to HIS LOVE FOR EACH
ONE OF THEM.
I KNOW for a FACT that God is
still “orchestrating” each their
lives in HIS Love, even now as
I type this and will continue
forever more, because of HIS
PROMISE “To never leave us or
forsake us”..Hebrews 13:5.
*Over 1,000 Haitians
accepted Jesus Christ
as their Savior!!

Steve, Chiropractor on the
team had to do a Spinal
Alignment on me when
sciatic pain flared up from
the rocky terrain and
potholes .
I had never been to a
Chiropractor in my life, but I
was desperately in need.
He did the adjustment and I
was able to carry on “feeling”
HEALTHY AND HEALED.
