This document describes a vehicle accident prevention system using an eye blink sensor and seat belt control. The system uses an IR sensor to measure a driver's eye blinks and detect drowsiness. It also uses hall effect sensors for seat belt control. If drowsiness is detected, the system will activate alarms and potentially stop the vehicle. The goal is to reduce vehicle accidents by monitoring driver alertness and ensuring seat belts are worn. Future extensions could include alcohol detection to immediately stop vehicles if the driver is intoxicated.

2. INTRODUCTION
➢ Vehicle accidents are most common if the driving is
inadequate.
➢ Driver drowsiness is recognized as an important factor
in the vehicle accidents.
➢ This project involves measure and controls the eye blink
using IR sensor. The IR transmitter is used to transmit
the infrared rays in our eye.
➢ As well as we use seat belt control technalogy.

● It is also used for security alerts where 24
hours surveillance is required.

driving then the vehicle will be stopped
immediately by giving alarm .
