Project Description: To provide highly efficient and automatic solution to the plant which
yields hard and soft black complete DCS system is implemented. Redundant controllers ensure
the steady operation without failure. Main controller communicates with each device (temp.
controllers, drives and others) through RS485.
• Sequence log after defined interval of time.
• Input can be given from GUI to controller.

• Reports: reports generation is taken at every 2nd
hour. The same file is stored in the

compares the results against required specifications and calibrates the RPM.
