Presentation of Edible Vaccine, Properties of an edible vaccine, how to make an edible vaccine, and etc. An edible vaccine is the best vaccine for developing country because of it very cost effective and very simple to use. But our country has not developed this vaccine yet. So it is our responsibility to develop an edible vaccine to protect our human being form more infectious disease.

We understand that the technology is still very new and more testing will continue. As long as we don’t become a completely GM foods based culture we think GM foods is a good idea. We support genetically modified foods because of the benefits they will provide us in the future. Genetically modified foods will allow us to produce more using less space. This is very important when you consider our growing population. Also, the benefits for developing countries are too great to ignore. The ability to generate crops that can thrive in any climate and in any soil is incredibly valuable. This means that there would be more food in places where getting food was a problem before. This is not a solution to world hunger but it is the beginning to a solution.

A vaccine is a biological preparation that improves immunity to a particular disease. In the edible vaccine, Transgenic plants are used as vaccine production systems. The genes encoding antigens of bacterial and viral pathogens can be expressed in plants in a form in which they retain native immunologic properties.

Vaccines have been revolutionary for the prevention of infectious diseases. Despite worldwide immunization of children against the six devastating diseases, 20% of infants are still left un-immunized; responsible for approximately two million unnecessary deaths every year, especially in the remote and impoverished parts of the globe. This is because of the constraints on vaccine production, distribution and delivery. One hundred percent coverage is desirable, because un-immunized populations in remote areas can spread infections and epidemics in the immunized safe areas, which have comparatively low herd immunity. For some infectious diseases, immunizations either do not exist or they are unreliable or very expensive. Immunization through DNA vaccines is an alternative but is an expensive approach, with disappointing immune response. Hence the search is on for cost-effective, easy-to-administer, easy-to-store, fail-safe and socio-culturally readily acceptable vaccines and their delivery systems. As Hippocrates said, Let thy food be thy medicine, scientists suggest that plants and plant viruses can be genetically engineered to produce vaccines against diseases such as dental caries; and life-threatening infections like diarrhea, AIDS, etc (Lal et al., 2007)

Edible vaccines are nothing but transgenic plant and animal based production of or those that contain agents that trigger an animal's immune response. In simple terms, edible vaccines are plant or animal made pharmaceuticals. This essay highlights the importance of edible vaccines produced in plants. What are edible vaccines examples? At present edible vaccines are produced for various human and animal diseases (measles, cholera, foot and mouth disease and hepatitis B, C and E). ... Various foods under investigation for use in edible vaccines include banana, potato, tomato, lettuce, rice, etc. How edible vaccines are produced? Production. Edible vaccines are subunit vaccines; they contain the antigen proteins for a pathogen but lack the genes for the full pathogen to form. ... It is then inserted into the genome, expressed, and inherited in a mendelian fashion, which results in the antigen being expressed in the fruit or plant. What are the advantages to edible vaccines? Production of edible vaccines is effective process and can be easily scaled up. Edible vaccines offer numerous advantages like they posses good genetic and heat stability and do not need cold-chain maintenance. Edible vaccines can be stored at the site of use thus avoiding long-distance transportation.

Plastic has brought immense benefits to the whole human race. The light weight, cheap chemical resistant and strong material has got almost omnipotent presence. When we talk of its strength we talk of the time till it survives and to everyone’s knowledge plastic does not bio-degrade. Yes, plastic the greatest invention of mankind has the power to even destroy mankind. Plastic that is not biodegradable brings a lot of environmental issues. It deteriorates the ozone layer. For the most part plastic is produced from oil. The world is progressively running out of oil. Research says plastic brings number of harms not only to humans but also the entire cosmos. The plastic which cannot be recycled has to be disposed off in some or the other way. Let’s say if we dispose in water it has the tendency to destroy marine life. So the only way left to reduce the ill effects of plastic is to use eco-friendly or biodegradable plastic. Biodegradable plastics are plastics that will decay in usual aerobic environments. Micropropagation is a proven means of producing millions of identical plants under a controlled and aseptic condition, independent of seasonal constraints. It not only provides economy of time and space but also gives greater output and allows further augmentation of elite disease free propagules.India is homeland of many important fruit crops such as Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis Gaertn), bael (Aegle marmelos Corr.), Guava (, Psidium guajava), jamun or black plum (Syzygium cuminii L.
