Diet: 1. Maintain the diurnal cycle i.e. match the rhythm of digestive
fire – the biological clock.
2. Follow rules of food eating.
3. Understand the “Firy” nature. Hence avoid alcohol,
excessive spicy or food very heavy to digest.
Yoga: Regular brisk walks
Medicines:
1. A piece of wet ginger, about a cm in length and
breadth with a pinch of salt, before meal
2. Fennel seeds at the end of meal
3. Low Pachak Pitta – 2 Tab of Trikatu in between the meal.
4. Increased Pachak Pitta – 2 Tab of Shatavari on empty stomach
before breakfast.
