1. Major lobe of liver on right ,fundic gas on left ,straight
and short bronchus on right
2. Base apex axis of heart is 45 degree to left
3. Cardiac silhouette shows pulmonary bay empty
4. Prominent ascending aorta
5. Cardiac apex is off diaphragm
6. Oligemic lung fields
7. Reticular pattern in both the lung fields
