Our Vision
To create a world class facility and support
infrastructure to translate knowledge and
innovation into creation of successful
entrepreneurs.
Our Mission
IMS will create an ecosystem that will foster and
support innovation and knowledge based
entrepreneurship amongst the IMSians community,
students of neighbor institutions and other startups
of the region leading to the creation of innovative
startups.
3. Organization
A separate society needs to be registered as non
profit society / section 25 company.
Managing / Executive committee need to be
appointed for the planning, execution and
monitoring of the center. ( structure of the
committee may be discussed and decided by the
management)
Allocation of 2000 sqr ft area with office
infrastructure to accommodate minimum 5-10
startups.
Membership of NEN, TiE, Nasscom, ISBA, FICCI-
CMSME, PHD Chamber of commerce. ( remember
CII and Assocham is not best fit for the startups)
Separate website of the center with hyperlink on
the IMS-Ghaziabad website and group of
institutions website under center of excellence
menu.

4. Major wings / projects under the umbrella of the
center of excellence
E-Cell – Student led organization to promote
entrepreneurship among IMSians and other
neighboring students.
IEDC- Innovation and entrepreneurship
development center under support from NSTEDB,
DST, Govt of India.
DC-MSME Incubator – Business incubator under
DC-MSME support scheme for entrepreneurial and
managerial development.
Technology Business Incubator – NSTEDB, DST,
Govt. of India supported technology business
incubator.

5. IMS-eCell
IMS students run independent organization to promote entrepreneurship among
IMSians, students of neighbor institutions and other aspiring entrepreneurs of the
region. The objective of e-Cell is to develop entrepreneurial and managerial skill
of students through practical approach of learning by doing.

9. Some suggestions
Separate flex hoarding should be erected for CDC and CIIE at wall side
of the campus.
Separate landing web page needs to be created for CDC where
detail of the training program shall be texted.
Association of CDC should be with Vskill to conduct certified training
program.
Social media marketing must be taken aggressively to promote every
center of the IMS to create visibility and branding.
Students services center – A separate center should be open to provide
services to students such as financial services, education loan, awards,
scholarship, grant etc.
