6 months imprisonment .
2nd Time Offender - fined up to $10,000 or
1 year imprisonment.

$30,000 fine or up to 3 years imprisonment
and license may be revoked.
Offenders causing death or serious injuries may
be sentenced for up to 6 strokes of the cane.

in the arrests due to drink driving.

20 hours of CIP
Licence revoked for up to 1 year
Offenders must install an ignition interlock device in
their vehicle

50 days mandatory imprisonment
Licence revoked for up to 2 years
