This document is an amendment that proposes expanding an existing annual report from the Secretary of State on post-earthquake recovery efforts in Haiti. It proposes extending the deadline for the report from 2017 to 2022. It also proposes adding two new requirements to the report: 1) a determination of whether recent Haitian elections met international standards for being free and fair, and 2) a description of any attempts to disqualify political candidates in Haiti for political reasons.
