A discussion of all of the research that was accomplished.
This will involve discussing:
Researching codes and conventions
Similar films
Music
Character research
Target audience
You must give specific examples (for example what specific
films or film characters were of inspiration).
3. Planning
A discussion of all of the planning that was accomplished.
This will involve discussing:
Brainstorming ideas
Storyboarding
Scripting
Casting of actors
Location scouting
You must specify the areas you made a valid contribution
explaining some of the contributions you made.
4. Actual Shoot
A discussion of how you felt the actual shoot went.
This will involve discussing:
Learning to use new equipment
Weather
Success of each shoot? Any complications?
Reliability of actors/crew
Did you have to reshoot? Why?
It may be a good idea to break this into WWW/EBI.
5. Post Production
A discussion of how you felt the the editing stages went.
This will involve discussing:
Learning to use new equipment
Edit problems
Sound editing
Special effects and titles
It may be a good idea to break this into WWW/EBI.
6. Final Film
A discussion of how you felt the final film turned out.
This will involve discussing:
Was it as expected
What went well?
What would improve it?
What stage of production did you enjoy the most?
