Mr. Aneesh Shrivastava, (Business Development Manager, Yahoo India)
Aneesh is an experienced Product and Partnership professional. He is currently a part of Yahoo
nd
(this is his 2 tenure with Yahoo) and responsible for content and platform alliances for India.
In his career path he has been responsible for 360 degree product management, partnership
evaluation, negotiations and GTM strategies. His learning and experience graphs includes brands
like Hutch (Product Management); Yahoo (Product Management and Business Development)
and Reliance Big Entertainment (Product Management) . He has also voluntarily helped start ups
in mobile industry in shaping their strategies and business models. He is holding a Diploma in
Electronics from Centre for Electronics Design & Technology of India (an R&D institute under
Govt of India- now Doeacc); Telecom Engineering graduate and an alumni of Symbiosis Institute
of Telecom Management (2003).

Preface:
Indian Mobile market is the top growing mobile market in the world with 700 Million (approx)
subscribers (next only to China). The market is adding 15-18 Million subscribers every month &
always been in news for multiple reasons always. With the changing regulatory scenario,
technology advancements and declining ARPU (Average Revenue per User) –the business of
value added service is having new game rules and the same shall be further refined to meet the
objective of all players. Mobile phones are going to become preferred access mechanism for
content soon.
The Indian mobile VAS space is pegged to be around 12,000 crores for 2010 (up from Rs 2850
crores in 2006).
Total employment in this sector will be reaching up to 10.3 million in 5 years. Telecommunication
will be amongst the Top 3 growth drivers of the economy by 2015

The above two sessions will be interactivity based and targeted towards building interest for a
case study close to real life scenario (an MSP and Telecom mobile partner alliance). This will
include entire negotiation between two teams formed and live negotiation carried out under
direction and moderation of the speaker. The session will conclude with arriving of a standard
term sheet of the alliance.
