Harrison Station SCR Project Client: Allegheny Energy Supply Location: Shinnston, West Virginia, USA USD 17 million EPCM covering 3 x 640 MW coal-fired units, system designed to operate with a high-sulphur, bituminous coal (up to 3.8 percent sulphur, by weight) and to achieve high performance: >92 percent NOx removal, with maximum of 2 ppm ammonia slip. Belene Nuclear Power Plant Client: Natsionalna Elektricheska Kompania (NEK) Ministry of Energy and Energy Resources Location: Belene, Bulgaria Two 1,000 megawatt power plants with an installed cots of Euro 3 billion. WorleyParsons is the owner’s A/E for awarding EPC contracts and for project implementation. Cross Station – Units 1,3,& 4 Client: South Carolina Public Service Authority (Santee Cooper) Location: South Carolina, USA EPCM services for the pulverized coal-fired Unit 1 (540 MW), and project management, EPCM, start-up, and testing for Units 3 and 4 (2 x 600 MW). Clean Smokestack Program Part of 1 million manhour program to install FGD systems on 11 coal-fired plants aimed to reduce sulphur dioxide emissions across the coal fired stations in the fleet. CBA revealed the most economic direction for the company and society as a whole, resulting in a USD 2.5 million savings. Customer: Brunei LNG Location: Kuala Belait, Brunei Darussalem Engineering and project management services. The purpose of the contract is for Damit WorleyParsons to provide front end engineering services to BLNG for a number of large CAPEX projects. Circle Line Stage 5 Customer: Land Transport Authority Location: Singapore This project comprised of the provision of engineering and technical staff for construction supervision of 4 underground rail stations and 3.4km of bored tunnels. Perth Seawater Desalination Plant Customer: Multiplex Degremont Joint Venture Location: Kwinana, Australia 1 2 3 4 5 Identify Evaluate Define Execute Operate Conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering design for a 140 ML/day seawater desalination plant using reverse osmosis to provide drinking water to Perth in Western Australia. Customer: Land Transport Authority Location: Singapore This project comprised of the provision of engineering and technical staff for construction supervision of 4 underground rail stations and 3.4km of bored tunnels. Contaminated Groundwater Treatment System Customer: Shell Canada Limited Location: Canada This project was designed to contain, extract, treat, and return impacted groundwater to the environment. WorleyParsons Komex worked with Shell to retrofit out-of-service portions of an existing facility to treat the contaminated groundwater. Contaminated Land and Groundwater Investigation and Remedial Strategy at Former Gasworks Many challenges were overcome on this environmentally sensitive project, including: conceptualization of source pathway-receptor linkages; protection of the environment with the proposed remediation; and meeting requirements of site owners, EA, local authority, and the water utility.
