At first, we should read the Overview. And, we should understand the contents of this article. Next, read
the Outline. In the paragraph, there are fourteen constituents. The paragraph shows that this article
organized this seven titles. So, what we have to do is only to follow the order. When we click the title, you
can skip to the topic. And, after we have finished reading the topic, we can back to Outline with click the
“Back to Outline” at the end of the topic. Therefore, we would not forget where we read. And you can read
this article easy.

There are five important major points.
One is that it is important to understand the reason and know the point that you should be careful and what
the business plan gives you profit.
Second is that the owner should make the business plan. And the owner must not depend on all of making
the business plan to consultants. The owner should financial date, the key employees, and so on.
Third, the company should present more attractive.
Next is that we should protect own products or service with patents, copyrights and trademarks.
The last, it is the most important that to keep up the financing and decide the strategy.

About the one is important, because if we do not know why we should write the business plan, we would
make mistake and lose all. So, it is better that we should know the advantage and fear before we make it.
About the second point, if the owner depends on all of the company’s business plan, when the company
have something fault the owner cannot deal with it.
About the third point, it is important to attract the investor and customer with attractive present own
company.
About the fourth point, if the company’s product or services have stolen, we cannot management the
business.
About the last point, deciding the strategy make the investor and customer feel confident.

be looked. And, we should describe the importance of business plan.
