Biographical Statement
I feel great honour and glad to introduce my work. Experience of taking up the role
and responsibility of Dean, Director, Head of Management Science at different B-
Schools. Core competency reflected in teaching HR, and Research in HRM, HRD and
Cross Cultural intervention. In Higher Education space for 23+ years, with Post Doctoral
experience; based out of Bangalore.
Worked for 2 PhD’s to my credit; with 15 PhD Awarded under my guidance; 11 M.Phil work;
around 150 Research papers and popular writings. Representing on research journal-Member,
Editorial Board Advisory Committee, and Examiner for PhD thesis for University Pan-India.
Recognised Research Guide for PhD-Doctoral program. Honoured to be “A member of the
