This document is a quarterly evaluation for an art class. It outlines the learning, creation, and evidence session for the week of October 3rd-7th. During this week, kindergarten students worked on a "Mr. Me" art project where they decorated a body part to represent their senses. They then displayed their artwork and explained it to the class. Students also experimented with additional materials like play dough and cotton while working on their collages. The evaluation assessed competencies in areas like self-knowledge, communication, critical thinking, and manual skills.
