1. The Miss Porter’s facility required upscale architecture without spiraling project costs. When Miss Porter’s School, located in
picturesque Farmington, Connecticut, sought out Stanmar to design and build their new Squash and Swim Center, their chief
concern was finding a way to have a signature, modern, upscale architectural facility that met their budgetary needs. The
residential area and built out campus limited site selection, and our team took advantage of a location next to the Farmington
River to provide beautiful views of the landscape and blend the facility into the existing residential area. The facility was
completed on time and on budget, providing a beautiful venue for Miss Porter’s athletic events.
